The Leading Giants is an executive leadership television reality show; a competition among students of tertiary institutions with a singular intention being to identify, build and unleash the potential of leading giants in the academia who will graduate from the university/polytechnic to leading Nigeria to new heights of our dreams.

It promises to be great and unforgettable moments for our future/tomorrow's leaders who shall be groomed to dominate the critical sectors of the Nigerian economy with a view to building and deepening capacities for a sustainable development and repositioning her as a true giant of African, hence the search for the leading giants on whose shoulder this dream will flourish and be accomplished.

During this competition, all participants will demonstrate both innate and acquired skills with the motives of edging the competition and convincing the panel of judges why they should be considered as the ones we are searching for to fulfill these dreams. This is one of the crucial assignments they will embark upon; they will form a business each that will involve their institutions and these businesses will compete for survival and be evaluated on a set of performance indices that will determine their own management and leadership skills.

With this, people can learn from the saying that "when the going gets tough, the tough gets going".

Panel of judges includes men and women of critical acclaim in their chosen professions carefully selected across diversity.
